Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If so, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. If this applies, we will contact you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kopopet.com with photos of:

The outer box

The product
-
The shipping label
We will assist in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement.
Lost or Missing Packages

If the tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors, your building office, or delivery area.

If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
