At Unstoppable Dog LLC trading as Kopo Pet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend returning items with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we made an error.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Products not purchased directly from kopopet.com.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

6. Subscription Orders

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after an order has been processed will follow the standard return policy.

7. Additional Terms

    • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.

    • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
